Lock Nuts & Washers
We keep a large range of locknuts and washers used within Bearing Applications.
The ranges we keep are the metric standard KM series locknuts and MB series washers, many of which are also available in AISI304 stainless steel. We also keep the imperial standard locknuts N/AN Series and W series washers.
The GUK Series of lock nuts are Metric Nyloc Nuts which closely follow the KM metric series dimensions and those thread sizes, but feature a Nylon insert.
The KMK precision series of locknuts feature an integral locking device. Once set at the precise point you want the nut, you simply tighten the grub screw which puts pressure on a plate with built in thread. This pressure locks the nut in place accurately and without damage to the shaft thread that it fits.
Our latest addition to the range is the KML Metric series of locknuts. KML locknuts are right hand thread, but have a lower sectional height and are most often used on the H30– series of adaptor sleeves.
