FJ Precision Series Low Noise and Low Vibration Bearing Inserts
The FJ series from FK are precision bearing inserts offering an even higher quality than standard.
Features include: Bearing rings are produced only from the middle of the steel tube to a tolerance accuracy of P6 (Approximately Abec 3); Lower Vibration level – Class Z2V2; Cage – EMQ cage; Seal designs – 4SF/MJ; Stronger housing Structure and German Lubcon Turmogrease FLMT2 (High speed bearing grease).
These bearings are often used in HVAC / Air Handling Units / Air Conditioning units and sometimes combined with rubber insert liners, where the extra precision and vibration characteristics combine to offer a low-noise environment.
